It's Halloween Time. I saw this craft on one of the kid shows that I was watching with the girls. I thought it was really cute and wanted to do it with them so we did.
You painted the OUTSIDE right? or did you paint the inside? What did you tape it with? IS there a special Paint you used? They turned out great!! My girls would love to do this.
